All transactions on Kokitoto are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment channels include Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. Submitting fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure.
Arbitrage betting, use of automated software (bots), collusion, and any form of bonus abuse are strictly prohibited. Kokitoto reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds where prohibited activity is identified.

4.1 Registration Process
Each User may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets, and forfeit any balances in excess of the original deposit amount.
4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Kokitoto is committed to operating responsibly and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. As a condition of processing any withdrawal request, Users are required to complete a KYC verification process by submitting the following documentation:

4.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Kokitoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You should notify Kokitoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
All deposits made to Kokitoto are denominated and processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the Platform's cashier. Kokitoto does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Kokitoto account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Kokitoto reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation where deposits are deemed unusual in size or frequency.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification (see Section 4). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's name and to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling period. These limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be subject to change with reasonable notice.
Kokitoto offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referal rewards. All promotions are subject to their own individual terms and conditions, which are published alongside the respective promotion.
7.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires total wagers of MYR 2,000). Only wagers placed using eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements — contribution percentages by game category are published in the Platform's bonus terms.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements with minimal genuine risk, structuring bets to exploit promotional terms, and sharing referal codes in breach of referal programme terms. Detected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account closure.
7.3 Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry period, which is stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds will be automatically removed from the User's account without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates.
All bets and wagers placed on the Kokitoto platform are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

Upon account closure for reasons attributable to the User's breach of these Terms, Kokitoto reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. In cases of account closure at the User's own request or for reasons not attributable to the User's misconduct, any remaining verified balance will be refunded to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Kokitoto holds its operational licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable local law.
In the event of any dispute between you and Kokitoto that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Kokitoto's platform is designed to serve Malaysian players; however, legal jurisdiction is determined by the applicable licensing framework.
Kokitoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, Users will be notified via email to the address registered on their account and/or via an on-platform notification. The revised Terms will display a new "Last Updated" date at the head of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you may close your account in accordance with Section 13 and withdraw your eligible balance prior to the effective date.
